Man Now Charged With Murder In Penn State Student Death

The man accused of a deadly nightclub stabbing that left an area Penn State student dead is now charged with murder. Police in State College filed first and third degree murder charges against 27 year old Josephy Ventura Tuesday. They say he stabbed 22 year old Michael Donahue of Drums in the heart as Donahue was trying to break up a fight inside Club Love early Friday morning. Donahue died two days later from his injuries. Ventura is scheduled to return to court for a preliminary hearing on February 28.
