Monroe County Man Found Murdered In New Jersey 6/20/06

Detectives are investigating the murder of a Monroe county man found smothered to death in New Jersey. The body of 30 year-old John Mitchell of Saylorsburg was found in Vernon New Jersey last Friday. An autopsy on the Monroe County man shows he was murdered by asphyxiation. Police say they identified Mitchell through his fingerprints. New jersey police say they are looking into unusual vehicle activity near were the body was dumped.
