A Scranton man is locked up on child sex abuse charges. State police say their Computer Crime Task Force began investigating 39-year-old David Rychleski after receiving complaints that he was taking digital photographs of young boys at the Dandelion Baseball Field in Madison Township. Trpr. Connie Devons/PA State Police "He had planted a digital camera inside of a male restroom facility at a little league field and was taking pictures of boys that were in there using the bathroom." Investigators seized his camera and found suspected child pornography saved in its memory. Rychleski is charged with sexual abuse of children, unlawful contact with a minor and posession of obscene and other sexual materials. He is locked up in lieu of $200,000 dollars bail.
