Amazing Rescue

County-wide rescue workers responded to the quarry known as Scranton materials on Newton Road in Ransom Township just before six o-clock.
When they got there -- they found a tractor trailer.. overturned.
Fears were that its driver was crushed under tons of rock and stone.
But rescue crews were able to get the indentified man out.

"We don`t believe he has any live threatening injuries...He was pinned the steering wheel was up against him but other than that he is propably one of the most lucky guys i could imagine when you look at what`s down there"
Emergency crews took the man to a local hospital for observation.
OSHA is expected to be on the scene this weekend.. to investigate how this happened..
