The man, who helped accused killer Hugo Selenski "break out" of the Luzerne County Prison will spend more time in prison, for his part in the escape.
Scott Bolton, who fell some 50 feet during the escape in October of 2003, was sentenced to 8 and a half to 17 years in prison-for that escape.
Another man, with a connection to Selenski, also back in the news today.
Paul Weakly,who testified against Selenski ,in his recent double murder trial, has been appointed legal representation..
A judge today named three lawyers as "conflict counsel".
Detectives want to interview Weakley about two other bodies buried at Selenski`s property but, the D.A. was concerned about a possible conflict within the public defenders office. The lawyers are from outside that office.
