More than a dozen people blasted county leaders about the logging underway at Merli-Sarnoski Park in Fell Township. Workers are targeting 190 of the parks 840 acres.. Those against the project say it`s destroying the park`s natural beauty and wrecking their biking trails. But forestry experts say the project is in the early stages and will actually make the park safer when it`s complete.
