Vandalism Arrest 3/28/06

Luzerne County authorities now say they have the man who vandalized Earth Conservancy equipment, and land last month. Police say, 19-year-old Carl Andrews hot-wired an excavator and damaged property in the Sugar Notch area. That excavator, which is owned by the Regional Equipment Center, was also heavily damaged. Police say Andrews also shot out windows on other pieces of heavy machinery. Andrews now faces jail time if convicted.
