Selenski Verdict! 3/15/06

The jury found Selenski not guilty on second and third degree murder charges of Frank James, but were deadlocked on first degree murder charges. The Luzerne County jury did convict Selenski on 2 counts of abuse of corpse charges. However he was found not guilty on criminal conspiracy and two counts of robbery. The remains of both men were found on Selenski`s Kingston Township home in the summer of 2003. Three other bodies were also found, but so far no charges have been filed in those cases.
