YOU`LL SEE THE SIGNS ALMOST EVERYWHERE YOU TURN -- THE MALL NEEDS SEASONAL STAFFERS TO HELP HANDLE THE HOLIDAYS. Simon Pinsky of Manager of Aeropostale says... "Oh my God, we need that extra help." SIMON PINSKY IS A MANAGER AT AREOPASTALE. HE SAYS HE`LL BRING IN AN EXTRA 45 TEMPORARY HIRES BEFORE BLACK FRIDAY. "Everyday we`re recruiting people. twice a week we`re doing group interviews." MOST OF THEM HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS AND COLLEGE KIDS WITH EXTRA TIME ON THEIR HANDS. SIMON PINSKY Adds "Some of them are home for break for the holiday season and they need a couple extra bucks*CG Mary Struckus, Mall Customer Serv. Supervisor adds "Just looking for a little extra money towards the Christmas present that`s what they tell me." MARY STRUCKUS HIRED TWO SEASONAL EMPLOYEES TO HELP SELL MALL GIFT CARDS, MAN THE NEW LOTTERY MACHINE AND OVERSEE THE STROLLER RENTALS. "All the moms say that the only little stroller the kids will stay in while they shop in a little red car." AND ADDITIONAL SEASONAL WORKERS AT THE J-C PENNY PORTRAIT STUDIO WERE BROUGHT ON BOARD TO HELP CREATE HOLIDAY GREETINGS CARDS AND PORTRAITS. Wendy Hoffman, Portrait Studio Manager "We always prepare for the holiday season because at the holiday season we usually do about 90-percent of our business - actually about 80-percent of our business." ANOTHER INTERESTING FACT -- WILSON`S LEATHER WILL SOON BE OPEN AT THE MALL STRICTLY FOR THE HOLIDAY SEASON -- SO THEY`RE LOOKING TO HIRE SEASONAL HELP AS WELL.
