Jeffrey Borrin was stopped by Wilkes-Barre police on Monday who say they found heroin in his car.
Borrin, you may remember, was driving an S.U.V. that rammed into a group of motorcycles on a charity run, on Route 309 in Butler Township, on July 24th..
William "Butch" Delaney of Plymouth was killed. Four others,including his wife,Linda,were badly injured.
Borrin`s license was suspened at that time. He was busted a week after that accident for driving ,again with a suspended license..
