The Bells are Back in Scranton 8/17

You may have heard a familiar sound in Scranton recently. The bells are ringing once again downtown. As part of their plans to renovate the Lackawanna County courthouse, the commissioners ordered repairs made to the clock tower that sits atop the historic building. The chimes there have not sounded for years, but now that they`ve been fixed, you can hear them again at the top of every hour.
