An off-duty state trooper spotted some phony DVD`s at the "Circle In" Drive-In in Dickson City. Officers raided the place and also found hundreds of "knock-off" designer handbags.. wallets, shoes and sunglasses. The flea-market is now shut down.. Three of those arrested are from Lackawanna County, the other four are from out of state.
