Nearly three months after the crime, a Scranton man was arrested for murder Thursday.
It all has to do with a shootout in which a Dunmore woman was killed last May.

Nunn was hit 8-times, but survived, however an innocent bystander, 40 year-old Erin Dermody of Dunmore, who was inside with her daughter was killed.
The district attorney ruled police were justified when they fired.
Today Nunn was arraigned on charges of murder, involuntary manslaughter, and aggravated assault, he is in the Lackawanna County Prison. No bail has been set.
