Two Year Old Child Death Labeled An Accident

It happened at pond lake in Charleston Township..
The boy`s mother tells State Troopers that her two boys, a 3 -year old and the two year old were playing in the front room while she was cleaning their bedroom..
When she came out, the boys were gone. The 3 year old was able to unlatch the deadbolt on the front door. The little boys walked to a pond about 75 yards away..
The 2 year old fell in and drowned.
The death has been ruled accidental.
