The accident caused a long traffic backup shortly after 9:00am this morning. State Police say a Brooklyn, New York woman was driving Eastbound on 80, just outside of Bloomsburg, when she lost control of her vehicle near the Lightstreet exit. Two passengers were thrown from that vehicle, one of them, a 46-year-old Brooklyn man, died. The others suffered minor to serious injuries. An accident reconstruction team in investigating that Columbia County crash. Traffic is back to normal on I-80 tonight.
