School Board Director Faces DUI Charges 3/11/05

A Wilkes-Barre school board director is in trouble with the law, charged with drunk driving. Police say 41-year-old Brian Dunn, struck Michael Togher in the 500 block of South Main Street in the city last month. The responding officer said he smelled alcohol on Dunn`s breath and took him to the hospital for a blood-alcohol test. Investigators say Dunn`s blood alcohol level was point-186.
