Firefighters on the move in an arson plagued section of Schuylkill County Monday. Now investigators are trying to find out if the latest fires are also the work of a fire bug. Three vacant homes burned around 7:30 Monday morning in the village of William Penn, that`s just west of Shenandoah. They are on Route 54, and all are in ruins. The homes are just feet from three previous house fires investigators say were intentionally set. State police are looking into the fires. Route 54 was closed for much of Monday morning.
