The Wilkes-Barre Fire Inspector says bad wiring is behind an apartment building fire that left nine people homeless Tuesday. A newspaper delivery person spotted flames coming from the building at the corner of Sullivan and South Franklin Streets around 5:30 am. He pounded on the door, waking up residents, and one of them called 9-1-1. Nine people lived there, ncluding two college students. Police got all of the tenants out safely.
