Hazleton Red Cross Needs a Helping Hand

The american red cross is at the forefront -- whenever there`s a fire -- or any disaster for that matter.
But the Hazleton chapter is financial trouble.
This from helping the 19 people left homeless after a boarding house fire last week.
In fact money from the disaster relief budget is all used up and the Red Cross is only half-way through the fiscal year.
