NORTHEASTERN PENNSYLVANIA (September 22, 2004) PennDOT advises drivers that several state roads remain closed today (Wednesday, September 22) in Northeastern Pennsylvania because of flooding and other problems caused by the weekend heavy rains. PennDOT crews continue to assess the damage and make repairs. Here is the latest list of road closing and restrictions in PennDOT District 4 which includes Lackawanna, Luzerne, Pike, Susquehanna, Wayne and Wyoming counties (as of 2PM - 9/22/04): NOTE: * indicates an update since NOON news release.
