Beefed up security at the Chamberlain Plant in Scranton after reports of suspicious men near the facility. Scranton Police say they were tipped off about the two men hanging around the plant. Chamberlain makes artillery shells for the military. Police say they have shared the information with the FBI. Chamberlain officials refused to discuss security at the Lackawanna County defense plant, but police say public input is exactly what they need to head off any terrorist attacks.
