Both said three SWAT trucks and three snipers were just walking around. A negotiator could be heard in the background giving orders over a bullhorn. Guinter said he previously heard two "flash bangs" before he spoke with Eyewitness News.
A third went off while he was speaking to an Eyewitness News reporter. "That was crazy," said Guinther. The state police negotiator was overheard saying, "You could pick up the phone or come out. Pick up the phone --- you're not helping yourself, you're not helping anybody."
Efforts to reach state police were unsuccessful.
Neighbors said the area has been shut down ever since 5:30 p.m..
