The Viewer’s Club Card (VCC) Is: A discount and cash giveaway card available to every household who applies for it. Each card will have a unique number. The holder of the VCC can use it at any of the identified participating merchant's (see official participating merchant's list) as long as its use is within guidelines of the participant agreement with WYOU-TV. Use of the VCC must comply with all applicable laws. The VCC itself does not hold any cash value.

How to obtain the VCC: The VCC can be obtained by filling out an application.

1) In person at the WYOU -TV studios in Scranton or Wilkes-Barre or at any station event.

2) On the internet at PAHomePage.com.

3) By mailing a postcard with your name, address and phone number to WYOU-TV P.O. Box 3335, Scranton, PA 18505. Only one card per household will be issued. No Purchase necessary to obtain the Viewer's Club Card.

Contest Overview: During the 6 and 11pm newscasts one VCC number will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible cardholder numbers. The registered cardholder has between 8am and 5pm the following business day to contact WYOU-TV at (570) 823-2828. WYOU-TV offices will coordinate a time with winner to physically claim their prize. All prizes must be claimed in person at the WYOU studios within 30 days of winning. Chosen VCC’s for Prize Giveaway will become ineligible for contest participation within a 3 month window. Windows are defined as Jan 1-Mar. 31, Apr. 1-June30, July 1-Sept. 30, Oct. 1-Dec. 31 of each calendar year.

To Win A Person Must: Have their card number broadcast on the air during Judge Judy from 4:00pm to 5:00pm and Judge Joe from 5:00pm to 6:00pm Monday – Friday. The holder of the card will have from 8am to 5pm the following business day to call the WYOU-TV (570) 823-2828 to claim the prize and coordinate the time for them to pick-up the prize. The winner must provide proof of age, address, Social Security Card or Valid Driver’s License. Persons less than 18 years of age are ineligible to hold winning VCC numbers. No numbers will be given out over the phone. Any tax liability will be the responsibility of the winning cardholder. Winners grant to WYOU-TV the right to use their name and/or likeness for promotional purposes.

Official Rules: Rules and prizes are subject to change without prior notification. Official rules will be available at the WYOU-TV and posted on the internet at PAHomePage.com. The most recently dated contest rules in the WYOU-TV public file will supercede all other rules. Decisions regarding any interpretation of these rules remain the sole discretion of WYOU-TV and are final.

Exclusions: Employees of WYOU-TV, vendors, contractors and immediate members of families of WYOU-TV, Mission Broadcasting, Nexstar Broadcasting, and participating sponsors are not eligible to win the on-air prizes. Employees of WYOU-TV, vendors, contractors and immediate members of families of WYOU-TV, Mission Broadcasting, Nexstar Broadcasting, and participating sponsors are eligible for discounts and all other aspects of the Viewers Club Card.
