borough landfill has had its share of problems after it closed up, and the
borough built Pineknotter Park on top of it. While the state says
it's done everything to ensure the park is safe. One group of people says

our own way testing the water and soil at Pineknotter Park in Northumberland Borough.
The testing sheds light
