Room for Rent Near Wilkes University Campus

I am a 30 year old male living in a 3rd floor apartment. The rental includes a bedroom, a bathroom, and an office for the renter's sole use with a shared kitchen, living room, dining room, and porch. I've already furnished most of the apartment, and the bedroom for rent has a full size bed, dressers, and a sectional couch that you are free to use. You're also welcome to bring your own furniture, but the living room doesn't have any more room (sorry). I am asking $350 a month and 1/2 utilities. The apartment is within 2 minutes of Wilkes Campus (across the street) and has a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. I'm looking for someone interested in a quiet, respectful coexistence.
