United Cerebral Palsy of Northeast Pennsylvania will be the topic of this Sunday’s Newsmakers on WBRE-TV. 

  Senior Producer Jayne Ann Bugda and Anchorman Andy Mehalshick host the monthly program.

       They will have as their guests Sarah A. Drob, Executive Director of United Cerebral Palsy of NEPA and Sally McCullon, Lekotek Leader.

They will talk about the many program and services UPC offers.  The programs are open to all individuals with disabilities.

        McCullon will focus on Lekotek which uses play strategies and adapted toys to enhance a child’s development.

        The guests will also discuss the Capitol Campaign for a new building in Clarks Summit.  The current center has been flooded many times and new building is very much needed.

        The program airs Sunday, August 23 on WBRE TV at 5:30 a.m. and 11 a.m.  It will be repeated on WBRE TV on August 30^th at 5:30 a.m.

      Newsmakers will also air on WYOU-TV on Saturday, August 29^th at 6 a.m.
