Crosscutter pitching allows 3-runs and 4-hits in the 4th as they lose 3-2 in Auburn. It is the 2nd straight loss for Williamsport after a 5-game win streak. The Crosscutters had only 2-runs in scoring position the entire game.
Carl Uhl had a home run in the 8th that made the game 3-2, but Doubleday pitching was able to shut the door on a rally and close out the victory.
Auburn looks to sweep the Crosscutters tomorrow in Auburn. -
