What's up with Major League Baseball letting Manny play despite being suspended for 50 games? They have allowed him to rehab in the minors after 40 games so he can be ready to play when he re-join the Dodgers on July 3rd.

So when does 40 equal 50? He should be not allowed to have any other team activity that has anything to do with Major League Baseball.
