WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY-The happy golfer was making the rounds in the area.
The happy golfer is Nick Karnazes.
We caught up with him practicing at the Wilkes-Barre municipal golf course Wednesday night.
That's where he made a 19 foot putt.
He's on a mission to play 96 rounds of golf in the 48 connected united states.
That's two rounds in each state.
He began back on march 22nd in Arizona.
We asked him why he's doing this.
"I want to see if I can , I want to see if its physically possible, four days ago I had a birthday.. I am 73 years young. I have never shot my age yet...But its a goal we are all striving for"
He will tee off at 7:00 at the Wilkes-Barre Muni.
And then travel to New Castle then off to Ohio.
