BROADHEADSVILLE, MONROE COUNTY- A former high school athletic director is going to court.

Anthony Creece is accused of giving alcohol to teenage girls during an underage drinking party on school grounds.

Creece waived his right to a preliminary hearing .

That means he'll face the charges in court.

Police say Creece gave alcohol to minors in August.

It happened at Notre Dame High School in East Stroudsburg.

At the time he was the athletic director and soccer coach.

He's since been fired.

Officials are also investigating his immigration status.

Creece is originally from Trinidad.
