Police say a man dressed as a utility worker told a 78-year old homeowner he damaged her property. He then forced himself into her home and held her in a bathroom. Another man entered the home and removed a safe from inside. Witness say they saw a man pushing a hand cart near the victim's home. They left in a late model silver or gray Honda Odyssey.
