As colder temperatures move in, one college has expanded a training center that teaches people how to keep winter weather out. In Williamsport, Penn College's Weatherization Training Center has roughly doubled in size. The building provides technical education and training for programs that reduce energy consumption and costs. The center is now expected to triple the number of people- both students and professionals- it serves annually. |
