Health Professions Building on the campus of the Winchester Medical
Center and Northern Virginia Campus in Leesburg.

Shenandoah University is a comprehensive Level VI private university
with an enrollment of approximately 3,000 students in over 80 programs

Freshmen For prospective freshmen the college choice process can many times feel like a full-time job. We strongly encourage you to attend one of our many Open House programs where you will be given an SU admissions overview, tour campus with a Student Ambassador, meet faculty members, hear from students and eat in our dining hall. We encourage you to follow-up with a private visit with an admissions counselor as well as a coach, student activity advisor or specific faculty member. We also hope you will attend one of the many performances in the Shenandoah Conservatory or an athletic event on campus. For Transfer Students For transfer students the process of transferring from one college to another can be complicated and time consuming. We understand that and will do our best to help you as you consider transferring to Shenandoah University. After you determine Shenandoah has your major and you wish to transfer here, we strongly encourage you to arrange a private visit to campus. You will meet one-on-one with an admissions counselor who will arrange for you to meet with a faculty member in your chosen area, coaches or students in campus organizations. One of the most critical pieces in transferring is making sure Shenandoah has ALL of your transcripts from any colleges or universities you have attended.
