Who Can Enter

• Entrants must be U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older. You must be a resident of or active military stationed in Luzerne, Lackawanna, Wyoming, Wayne, Susquehanna, Bradford, Sullivan, Lycoming, Union, Clinton, Columbia, Montour, Northumberland, Snyder, Schuylkill, Pike, Tioga, Carbon and Monroe.
  
• Employees of WYOU, WBRE, Nexstar Broadcasting, Mission Broadcasting; participating sponsors, their parent companies, subsidiaries, their affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of each are ineligible.

How To Enter

• To Play: Log on to PAHomePage.com, visit Contests & Promotions, click on "Log Cabin Giveaway," fill out the entry form and hit submit. Contest will run through Friday, Sept. 26 until 10:00 a.m. (EST). 
• Entrants may also sign up at the 154th Annual Bloomsburg Fair in Bloomsburg, PA, at the designated area around the Log Cabin on display, from September 20, 2008 through September 26, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. (EST)

No purchase is necessary to enter. Entrants may only enter one time. Attempts to make multiple entries may result in the disqualification of entrant. Entering a false name, alias, false address or false email address may lead to disqualification and may bar entrant from participation in future WBRE contests.

• One or more contests may be announced from time to time. More than one contest may run simultaneously. PAHOMEPAGE, WYOU, WBRE, Nexstar Broadcasting or Mission Broadcasting are not responsible for e-mail system failure or other inability of entrants to submit their entry.
• Winner will be drawn at random from all correct entries. Winner will be announced on WBRE and WYOU News. 
• All entries received from ineligible entrants will be void. All entries must be received by 10:00 a.m. (EST) on Friday, Sept. 26.
• By submitting an entry, each contestant gives permission to PAHOMEPAGE, WBRE and WYOU to use any portion of the entry on air without further compensation. If you win the grand prize, you must sign a release to allow us to use your name, picture or likeness for purposes of future WYOU/WBRE contest promotions without further compensation. All entries become the property of Nexstar Broadcasting, Inc.

The Prize(s)

• One Grand Prize winner will receive a log cabin valued at $16,500. (Metal Roofing included) Approximate size 12'x16' w/ 6' deck provided by Mooretown Mill owner Brian O'Keefe.
• Winners must provide their correct name, address, and telephone number, and sign a release and affidavit of eligibility, before prize is released. Participating sponsor, WYOU, WBRE or Nexstar Broadcasting is not responsible for the delivery of prize.
• Transportation of log cabin and insurance will be the responsibility of the winner, and are not guaranteed as past of this contest.
• Winner must have the ability to receive delivery of cabin, deck and associate items, including land for it to be placed on.
• If any winner does not timely return the affidavit of eligibility, that prize will be awarded to an alternate winner.
• Prize is not transferable for cash. No substitution, transfer or assignment of prizes allowed. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a comparable prize of like or greater value, including cash, for any prize, for any reason.
• The winner is responsible for paying all local, county, state and federal taxes on prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prizes as set forth in these rules.
• Only one prize per contest will be awarded per household.

WBRE, WYOU and Nexstar Broadcasting accept no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind, to any person or property, caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize awarded here under.
