Who Can Enter

Entrants must be U.S. residents. You must be a Pennsylvania County resident or active military stationed from Luzerne, Lackawanna, Wyoming, Wayne, Susquehanna, Bradford, Sullivan, Lycoming, Union, Clinton, Columbia, Montour, Northumberland, Snyder, Schuylkill, Pike, Tioga, Carbon and Monroe.

Employees of WYOU, WBRE, Nexstar Broadcasting, Mission Broadcasting; participating sponsors, their parent companies, subsidiaries, their affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of each are ineligible.

How To Enter

Each month, from October 2009 to January 2010, there will be a different Interactive Weather question. Visit PAHomePage.com's Contest page and click on the Newell Fuel Interactive Weather Contest button. Once directed to the Newell Fuel Interactive Weather Contest page entrants must answer the question and supply their complete contact information as requested in the contest entry form to be eligible for a chance to win the Newell Fuel Interactive Weather Contest.

No purchase is necessary to enter. Entrants may only enter one time per day. Attempts to make multiple entries per day may result in the disqualification of entrant. Entering a false name, alias, false address or false email address may lead to disqualification and may bar entrant from participation in future WBRE contests. Entries received from ineligible entrants will be void.

One or more contests may be announced from time to time. More than one contest may run simultaneously. PAHOMEPAGE, WYOU, WBRE, Nexstar Broadcasting or Mission Broadcasting are not responsible for e-mail system failure or other inability of entrants to submit their entry.

All entries for the month of October 2009 must be received by Saturday, Oct. 31st at 5:00 p.m.

All entries for the month of November 2009 must be received by Monday, Nov. 30th at 5:00 p.m.

All entries for the month of December 2009 must be received by Thursday, Dec. 31st at 5:00 p.m.

All entries for the month of January 2010 must be received by Sunday, Jan. 31st at 5:00 p.m.

By submitting an entry, each contestant gives permission to PAHOMEPAGE, WBRE and WYOU to use any portion of the entry on air without further compensation. If you win the grand prize, you must sign a release to allow us to use your name, picture or likeness for purposes of future WYOU/WBRE contest promotions without further compensation. All entries become the property of Nexstar Broadcasting, Inc.

The Prize(s)

Winners will receive one of the following if they are in the Newell Fuel delivery area:

100 gallons of home heating oil

100 gallon of kerosene oil

100 gallons of diesel fuel

100 gallons of gasoline

If the winner is not within the Newell Fuel delivery area they must take $250 cash as a substitute prize. To find out if you are in the Newell Fuel delivery are, please visit the www.newellfuel.com.

Prizes will be awarded to the entrant who correctly answers the Interactive Weather question based on the conditions at the WBRE Studios in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.

If there is more than on entrant who correctly answers the Interactive Weather question one winner will be chosen at random.

If there is no entrant who correctly answers the Interactive Weather question one winner will then be chosen at random.

Contest Winner will be notified by phone. Prizes not picked up within 30 days of notification will become property of sponsor or WYOU/WBRE. All decisions are final. Winners must provide their correct name, address, telephone number, Social Security Number (for tax purposes) and sign a release and affidavit of eligibility, before prize is released. Participating sponsor, WYOU/WBRE or Nexstar Broadcasting is not responsible for the delivery of prize.

If any winner does not timely return the affidavit of eligibility, that prize will be awarded to an alternate winner.

Prizes are not transferable for cash. No substitution, transfer or assignment of prizes allowed. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a comparable prize of like or greater value, including cash, for any prize, for any reason.

The winners are responsible for paying all local, county, state, and federal taxes on prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prizes as set forth in these rules.

Only one prize per contest will be awarded per household.

WBRE, WYOU and Nexstar Broadcasting accept no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind, to any person or property, caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize awarded here under.
