February WYCCC Educational Luncheon

The Wyoming County Chamber of Commerce announces that Roger G. Howell, President of Howell Benefit Services, Inc., will be the guest speaker at the February 13 Educational Luncheon from 11:45 am - 1:00 pm at The Fireplace Restaurant. Mr. Howell will present "Managing Health Care Reform, Controlling Health Insurance Costs and Meeting HR Compliance Obligations."

Mr. Howell, a 34-year veteran of the consulting industry, will provide tips and techniques for dealing with some of the issues currently impacting small employers relating to the Affordable Care Act, fringe benefit cost management, workplace trends and compliance obligations. & nbsp;&n bsp;

Howell Benefit Services, Inc., established in Wilkes-Barre in 1983, is an employer services organization. Howell specialists design, implement and support integrated employee benefit plans and qualified retirement programs. Howell also implements and supports human resource technology and provides HR and payroll services.

The 2013 WYCCC educational luncheon series is co-sponsored by Peoples Neighborhood Bank, Tyler Memorial Hospital and Cabot Oil & Gas Corporation.
