Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne County- The girlfriend of the" person of interest" in a fatal hit-and-run of a Wilkes-Barre boy is in jail.
Authorities say 24 year-old Abigail Tarver of Pittston Township is locked up on parole violations for unrelated drunken driving convictions and other infractions.
Investigators think Tarver might have valuable information into last month's hit-and-run death of five year-old Kevin Miller.
The car of Tarver's boyfriend 22 year-old Thomas Letteer junior was seized in that investigation.
