Mr. Food Stuffed Shells August 9

Mister food has some easy tips to make them perfect every time.
Mr. Food: We've all made stuffed shells or lasagna and got frustrated 'cause the shells tore or we couldn't get the layers of lasagna just right, well today, we're gonna share some secrets, so that frustration will be something of the past. Howard: Ya, cooking should be fun...not intimidating, and after you see how easy these lasagna stuffed shells are ...we'll be making them all the time! Mr. Food: So let's show everyone what we came up with. Howard: The trick ....don't overcook the shells, they need to be tender, but still hold their shape. Okay, we drain 'em, and rinse 'em under cold water to stop the cooking. And while they're draining, we'll finish making our filling, which is a mixture of ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, an egg, parsley, and a few seasonings. Howard: But to give them that hearty lasagna taste we mix in some Italian sausage, and that can be as spicy as you want!! Now, give that a good mix, and spoon that into our shells. Mr. Food: See how easy it is if we don't overcook our shells!! And once they're all filled, Howard: We just top'em off with some spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese and bake 'em off! Mr. Food: See, toldja' there was nothing to it! If we serve it up with some crusty bread? Wow! And what a meal! Look, the recipe for
