Robyn Ryan Named Vice President of Marketing at Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs

Ryan has been with Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs since March 2012 where she held the position of Director of Marketing Campaign Management. In her new role as Vice President of Marketing at Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs, Ryan will be responsible for developing specific marketing strategies and tactics as they relate to Database Marketing, Player Development, Player's Club, Promotions/Special Events, Bus Sales, and other miscellaneous marketing programs. In addition, she will be tasked with establishing guidelines for hiring, training, and coaching staff, developing policy and procedure manuals, and guidelines for daily operating procedures, and interfacing with all operating departments to ensure that marketing programs are designed and implemented with ease of execution, profitability and customer service being the most important factors.

Prior to joining Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs, Ryan worked at Belle of Baton Rouge Casino & Hotel, Cherokee Nation Entertainment and at Harrah's Metropolis Casino. She has a Bachelor of Arts and Economics from Hollins College in Virginia.
