Frank J. Brier named Partner at Myers, Brier & Kelly, LLP

Past President of the Northeastern Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association (2008), Brier has been honored multiple times with selection as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer in the area of medical malpractice defense. He is a frequent lecturer and has presented at national continuing legal education conferences on health care litigation related topics. Prior to his association at MBK, Brier served as General Counsel and
Litigation Counsel with Geisinger Health System, a large integrated health care delivery system in Northeastern and Central Pennsylvania.
Brier concentrates his practice on the full range of complex cases related to corporate and health care law including employment, insurance, recovery audit contracts, professional medical liability, fraud and abuse, fair hearings, compliance, peer review, privileging and credentialing and professional licensing.
A graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, Brier earned his law degree at Georgetown University Law Center. He is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, Defense Research Institute,
Northeastern Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association and Council on Litigation Management.
He resides in Scranton.
