Butler Township, Luzerne County-- Senator Bob Casey wants answers from the Department of Labor but he is not getting those answers. He is now asking the Inspector General to investigate as to why there is a budget shortfall that will lead to an enrollment freeze and job losses at the nation's Job Corps Centers. Casey, standing near the facility in Drums said, "We want to know why we have to know why this is taking place. Here in Pennsylvania so many people are out of work and these at risk students are trying to turn their lives around..we need to know why?" Derrick Cokley is a student at Keystone and said, "I will not be able to complete my nursing training and that's why I came here." Mary Anne Kislan, a 25 year employee at Keystone said, "We are taking it in stride and we want to make sure these kids get a job after they graduate."
