Hamilton in Court to Face New Charges (6 pm Update)

Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne County- Shawn Hamilton is already accused by police in a triple murder last summer.
He is now accused of a allegedly committing a fourth murder....
29 year old Shawn Hamilton was brought to district court in Wilkes-Barre this morning... He is accused of shooing 22 year old Kenyatta Hughtson.
Detectives say Hamilton shot Hughston at point blank range in the back of the head and neck on the afternoon of July 6th on Jay Street in Wilkes-Barre.
Investigators say it was a drug deal gone bad.
Just this week prosecutors filed paper work saying they will seek the death penalty against Hamilton in a triple homicide in Plymouth. Those murders happened a day after Hughston was shot.
According to arrest papers, Hamilton attempted to see Hughston in the hospital the night he was shot.
