Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne County- The layout's set and the trains are on track for the Hudson Model Railroad Club open house Sunday in Luzerne County.  The club opened its door's to the public free of charge for their 30th Open House Anniversary.  The 2,000 square foot layout features train models from several eras of Northeast Railroad history.  Lanscapes, buildings from across the area, and even a minature WBRE news van are a part of the intricate display.

The 30 member club is proud to keep this holiday tradition going.  Member Eugene Mones says "It's the fascination, because we have subtle changes and some people just like to see the same trains running again. We had a gentleman here that used to come in and he'd ask us to run DNH trains because he worked locally on the DNH."
