Lower Paxton Township, Dauphin County- It was like a flashback to one year ago former Penn State Athletic Director Tim Curley and former Vice-President of Business Gary Schultz walking through reporters and photographers to face arraignment on charges they were part of a "Conspiracy of Silence" at Penn State and looked the other way as Jerry
Sandusky preyed on young boys. They face three additional charges including Endangering the Welfare of Children and Obstruction of Justice. Their one time boss -former Penn State President Graham Spanier was also charged Thursday he will be arraigned next week .

Curley and Schultz had nothing to say but their lawyers had a lot to talk about.

"Last year I told you the perjury charge was weak so it would be impossible to prove the charge - prosecutors recognized that this year asking for a do over" said Attorney Caroline Roberto who represents Curley

Both lawyers take issue with testimony from a former lawyer for Penn State University who testified before a Grand Jury with alleged evidence against their former clients Shultz and Curley.

" Based upon testimony of somebody who has betrayed her clients and her profession and testified falsely." Said Attorney Tom Farrell Shultz Attorney.
