Monroe County Trick-or-Treat Information

Stroudsburg, Monroe County - Power outages and dangerous road conditions have forced some communities to cancel trick-or-treating.
But the Halloween tradition is still on at the Stroud Mall in Stroudsburg from 6-8 tonight. Children must be in costume and accompanied by an adult.
Here is the rest of Monroe County's trick-or-treating schedule from the Office of Emergency Management.
Middle Smithfield Township - Moved to Saturday, time TBA
Smithfield Township - Cancelled
The following Townships/Boroughs have postponed trick or treating until Saturday, November 3:
Chestnuthill Township: In Chestnuthill Park between 5-7 p.m. and Township Wide between 6-8 p.m.
Coolbaugh Township: Between 2-5 p.m.
Mt. Pocono Borough: Between 2-5 p.m.
Stroudsburg Borough: Between 3-5 p.m.
Tunkhannock Township: Between 2-5 p.m.
Tobyhanna Township: Between 2-5 p.m.
Delaware Water Gap Borough: Between 2-4 p.m.
East Stroudsburg Borough: Between 3-5p.m.
Eldred Township: Between 5-8p.m.
Pocono Township: Between 5-8p.m.
Stroud Township: Between 3-5p.m.
Price Township: Between 3-5p.m.
