Shelter Confusion in Monroe County

Monroe County-Some confusion tonight over a super shelter that opened in Monroe county.
Earlier today it was announced that East Stroudsburg university would being used as a 'red cross super shelter'.
The university will be helping hundreds of people who are displaced by sandy...Not only in Pennsylvania but also in New York and New Jersey.
Now we are told the shelter is being operated by the DPW and staffed by the Red Cross.
Folks who were at another Monroe County shelter are being transferred to East Stroudsburg University.
And a shelter at Pocono Mountain West will open later on Tuesday night.
Organizers say there is a lot of room at East Stroudsburg and it will be easier to help everyone there.
