Young Boy Struck by Tree Branch Dies In Susquehanna County

Susquehanna County-  An eight year old from Susquehanna County died Monday night when he was struck by a tree branch.
  
  According to State Police in Gibson it happened just after 5 p.m. Monday at a home off Bronson Hill Road in Franklin Township near Bridgewater and New Milford Townships. 
   
   State Police say it was not raining at the time. They add a strong gust of wind caused the limb to break from the tree.
 
   The youngster was with his father at the time.  The boy was pronounced dead at the scene.
