Attorney For Sandusky Victim Talks with the I-Team

Bellefonte, Center County-Jerry Sandusky will learn is fate Tuesday morning and its expected he will spend the rest of his life behind bars. The former Penn State Defensive Coach was found guilty on 45 of 48 charges against him last June..a jury believed he sexually molested 10 young men for more than a decade..many of the crimes occurred on or near the campus of Penn State University.

Attorney Tom Kline Represents Sandsuky victim number 5.  His client was 13-years-old when Sandusky sexually molested him in a locker room in August of 2001.  The man now 24-years-old testified in the Sandusky trial and will be court to face Sandusky again on on Tuesday.

"Tomorrow is the day of reckoning for Mr. Sandusky we will close the book on Mr. Sandusky close the book on victim number 5. Mr. Sandusky was the perpetrator and Penn State was the enabler," Said Attorney Tom Kline.

Kline says his client want to face Sandusky and tell him how his sexual abuse ruined his life and that of other young men.

Kline said, "He believes he must tell the court and Mr. Sandusky to see and hear him and make him understand these horrible things Mr. Sandusky did to him hurt him and will greatly affect him the rest of his life."
