It's national breakfast week and on Tuesday a special guest stopped by  Solomon Plains Junior High School to talk to students about  staying healthy
Two-time Super Bowl Champ Sean Landeta was in the house today.
He talked about the importance of starting each day with a healthy breakfast.
The former Giants and Eagles player is now a part of the NFL's play 60 program.
It encorages students to be active for at least 60 minutes each day.
"Quite often when they hear the message from a player that's played in the league, they'll listen to it more than they would from someone else. Our whole goal is to get the message out, we're having a great time, and getting a heck of a workout too." Said Landeta
The initiative is a joint effort between the NFL and the American Dairy Association.
