Victim Released from Hospital; Shooting Investigation Continues

Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne County-A man injured in a Wilkes-Barre shooting has been released from  the hospital.
 
     45-year-old John Simpson of Wilkes-Barre suffered a gunshot wound to the abdomen Thursday along Coal Street.
     A spokesperson at Geisinger Wyoming Valley says simpson was treated and released.
     Police have yet to make any arrests in that case.
     There are also no arrests in the deadly shooting shooting outside a Scott Street bar earlier that day.
